Shipping & Returns

Ready-to-ship pieces leave within one to two business days. Made-to-order and bespoke commissions state their production time on the product page — typically three to five weeks.

Every parcel is insured for its full value in transit and requires an adult signature on delivery. Packaging is deliberately unbranded for security.

We ship worldwide. Where you are the importer of record, duties and import taxes are payable by you and are not included at checkout — check your local thresholds before ordering, as they can be significant on jewellery.

Ready-to-ship pieces can be returned within 30 days of delivery, unworn and in their original packaging with all certification included. Refunds are issued to the original payment method after inspection.

Bespoke commissions, engraved pieces, non-standard resizes, and loose stones cut to order cannot be returned, as they hold no resale value.

Contact us with your order number and we will send an insured, prepaid return label. Do not ship jewellery back uninsured — if it is lost in transit without cover, we cannot refund it.
