By accessing or using Forever Jewels's website, placing an order, or creating an account, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions and by our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with any part of them, please do not use this site.

We may revise these terms from time to time. The version published on this page at the moment you place an order is the version that governs that order.

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live, to place an order or hold an account with us.

You are responsible for keeping your account credentials confidential and for all activity that takes place under your account. Tell us promptly if you believe your account has been used without your permission.

We photograph every piece in our own studio and describe its specifications as accurately as we can. Natural stones vary, and colour reproduction differs between screens, so slight variation between the photograph and the delivered piece is normal and is not a defect.

Prices are shown in the currency selected on site and exclude taxes and duties unless stated otherwise. Precious metal and gemstone prices move, and we reserve the right to change prices before an order is accepted.

If a piece is listed at a materially incorrect price or is unavailable after you order, we will contact you and offer either a corrected order or a full refund. We do not fulfil obviously erroneous pricing.

Your order is an offer to buy. A contract forms only when we send an order confirmation. We may decline an order — for example where we cannot verify payment or the piece is no longer available.

Bespoke and made-to-order commissions require payment in full before work begins, as the piece cannot be resold.

Delivery estimates shown at checkout are estimates, not guarantees. Made-to-order pieces state their production time on the product page.

All shipments are fully insured in transit and require an adult signature. Risk passes to you on delivery. Where you are the importer of record, any duties or import taxes are your responsibility.

Ready-to-ship pieces may be returned within 30 days of delivery, unworn and in their original packaging with all certification. Refunds are issued to the original payment method once the piece has been inspected.

The following cannot be returned, because they are made to your specification and hold no resale value:

Every piece carries a lifetime warranty against manufacturing defects, together with complimentary cleaning, prong checks, and one standard resizing.

The warranty does not cover ordinary wear, accidental damage, loss, or work carried out by a third-party jeweler. Having a piece worked on elsewhere voids it.

All designs, photography, text, and marks on this site are owned by Forever Jewels or used under licence, and may not be reproduced, or used to train a machine-learning model, without our written permission.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability arising out of any order is limited to the amount you paid for the piece concerned. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss.

Nothing in these terms excludes liability for fraud, for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be excluded.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, and the courts of New York shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
